Service Description
A series of Yoga based relaxation poses encouraging deep relaxation and to aid a good night's sleep. With the support of blankets and cushions, this workshop is a great way to de-stress and take time out to ease the body and to calm the mind.
Nothing hugely technical or strenuous in this workshop, open to all levels.
