Service Description
This class will be aimed at those wanting a better range of movement. You'll find a combination of yoga, Pilates & functional movement exercises all aimed to improve both strength & flexibility, with a strong focus on mindfulness. Stretch & myofascial release work will leave you feeling relaxed and balanced. Note: no arm balances or headstands here.

Cancellation Policy
Late Cancellations count for an average loss of 20% of our weekly takings for our regular classes. Whilst we understand that there are often unavoidable circumstances, please cancel or re-book with at least 24 hours’ notice, in order that we can offer that space to someone else or re-schedule the teacher's time. Cancellations within that time cannot be re-funded and/or will be charged against your block booking.
