We host a wide programme of classes and workshops, led by experienced teachers, encouraging clients to connect their minds, bodies and spirits.
There is something to suit everyone and clients leave feeling energised and inspired.
The group classes are based on mats, often including small equipment, with between six to twelve participants (depending on the style). Classes are small, so the teachers can give individual attention and adjustments if appropriate.

What level is right for me?
If you are a complete beginner or have had no experience of the style before, we recommend you start in a Level 1 class or join one of the Beginners Workshops
Beginners Introductory – Longer than the average class and designed for the complete beginner to the style.
Level 2 classes are led at an intermediate level. We assume the client has experience of the style and has a good understanding of their body.
Level 3 is led at a more advanced level. Clients should have a competent mastery of the style and a good understanding of their own limitations is assumed.

The teachers at Old Stable Wellness are formally trained and experienced in giving corrections and advice to participants. Different styles suit different people and with a good range to choose from, there is something for everybody.
The Spring or Autumn Wellbeing Weeks are a good place to try new styles and workshops. Look out for the free taster sessions.
