Traditional forms of Pilates and Yoga are studied in the children’s classes, but they are delivered in a fun, creative and accessible way for young people. Using games and creative tasks to encourage good movement control, balance and understanding of the forms. Our Yoga & Pilates Kids classes are helping participants to increase their health and well-being.

In class, children develop strength, a better range of movement, confidence and while their imagination is stimulated, they learn to relax. They make friends, learn about their bodies and have fun.

There are also a range of guest teachers and workshops in different styles of yoga programmed throughout the year. Keep updated by joining our Old Stable Community.
