We work closely with our sister company, Body in Mind Pilates, to deliver a pregnancy programme specially designed for each individual. Your programme will incorporate appropriate exercises and practices to support the body in each stage and that can be used to exercise safely during your entire pregnancy as well as post-nataly.

Using Pilates and a range of complementary techniques, programmes include information regarding contraindications and anatomical changes during pregnancy, and exercises addressing: breathing techniques, spinal stabilisation, posture and alignment.

If you are starting an exercise programme for the first time whilst pregnant, we recommend you book a one-to-one Initial Assessment. Here you will work with the instructor to understand your needs, undertake a postural analysis and then discuss how to progress your personalised programme. This will usually happen once you have undertaken your twelve-week check and your clinical practitioner has given you the go-ahead to exercise.
